Flash Tech Services specializes in system repair and maintenance for small business and residential clients. We offer a wide variety of services to meet all of your home or office needs.
The face of system repair service has changed in the last 10 years; DVD drive installations and memory upgrades are a thing of the past because most new computers come out of the box fast and powerful with large storage capacity and writable DVD drives as a standard.
With that said, our system repair services include:
- Hardware upgrades, repairs and installation
- Software installation and repair
- Date recovery – deleted files, formatted or failing hard drives
- Troubleshooting – finding the root cause of the problem

More importantly, our primary job in system repair is to provide you with objective advice of when to repair your computer and when to replace it. Computers have dropped dramatically in price and it is not always the best idea to repair a problem when a new system is only slightly more. That is where we come into play; giving you the technical guidance for what is best for you regardless.

On-Site Support
$129 for the first hour and $100 per hour after, billed per quarter hour. For each on-site service call, the minimum charge is $129. On-site appointments require someone 18 years or older to be present. Service rates are for labor only and exclude parts. Most jobs for a single device can be completed during the initial hour/service call. If your service call will take more time, our technician will give you a quote and may take your computer back to our shop for the repairs.
Remote Support
We provide remote support for error messages, slow computer, email problems, and much more. If your computer has high-speed internet and can still open a browser, we can usually fix it remotely.
Standard Remote Support is $85 per hour, billed per half hour. For each remote service call, the minimum charge is $42.50.
Emergency Remote Support is $100 per hour, bill per half hour. For each emergency remote service call, the minimum charge is $50.
Emergency/After Hours Support
$169 for the first hour and $130 per hour after (billed per quarter hour). For each on-site emergency service call, the minimum charge is $169. Flash Tech Services treats customers on a first come, first served basis. If you need emergency services that require immediate attention, when available we offer same-day emergency service within 4 hours or less (excluding Sunday). On-site appointments require someone 18 years or older to be present. Service rates are for labor and exclude parts.
