On-Site Basic Tune Up
If your tune up can be performed on site during regular business hours, it is $139 flat rate. On-site appointments require someone 18 years or older to be present. Service rates are for labor only and exclude parts. Most jobs for a single device can be completed during the initial service call. If your service call will take more time, our technician will give you a quote and may take your computer back to our shop for the repairs.
Remote Support
We provide remote support for error messages, slow computer, email problems, and much more. If your computer has high-speed internet and can still open a browser, we can usually fix it remotely.
Standard Remote Support is $85 per hour, billed per half hour. For each remote service call, the minimum charge is $42.50.
Emergency Remote Support is $100 per hour, bill per half hour. For each emergency remote service call, the minimum charge is $50.
Extensive Tune Up or Emergency Support
If your tune up is too extensive to be performed on site, we will take it back to our shop to do the infection removal and other repairs needed for a flat rate of $199. Flash Tech Services treats customers on a first come, first served basis. If you need emergency tune up services that require immediate attention, when available we offer same-day emergency service within 4 hours or less (excluding Sunday). The flat rates are $179 for basic tune up or $239 for emergency full service tune up. On-site appointments require someone 18 years or older to be present. Service rates are for labor and exclude parts.
